Convenient location, easy access to train station, close to amenities, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast.

It was well located and clean. The staff was friendly.

Breakfast could have been better. There was nothing sweet for breakfast (E. G. a cake), no fruit. And no coffee without caffein.(decaffeinated coffee). So for pregnant women the breakfast was not ideal - many of the offered things arent allowed or recommended for pregnant women (camembert cheese, parma ham or salami which wasnt processed by cooking, fried eggs).

Large room and bathroom. Good position.

We chose this hotel because it advertised free parking nearby but this was already full when we arrived at 12. I think the parking was not just for the hotel. Not as good value for money as other hotels we stayed in -towels very thin for example.

This hotel is great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, close to everything and within walking distance of the train station. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are clean and spacious, perfect for families, and having a kitchen is a big plus. Additionally, the breakfast included is a great perk.

Noisy room overlooking a busy street, but all was ok.

The staff members, like Yolanda and Sophia, are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with some even having a kitchen. The breakfast included in the price is a great added value.

Near the historical city centre and main station. good connection to Frankfurt a.M. Kind staff, good breakfest, large room and cleanness. We were fully satisfied with this hotel.

The noise level in the rooms facing the street can be disturbing during the late evening and early morning hours.

absolutely nothing, from the moment we walked in the door we knew we had made a big mistake

poorly lit,stuffy, constant road noise,no secure parking,dirty bed sheets ,room resembled a youth hostel,luckily we found altertanative accomadation and left the same day

The rooms needed a service make over. the door locks were very difficult to negotiate and my bed collapsed in the one night. Quite funny but that should not happen.
